Comprehensive Stability Analysis of Wheat Genotypes through Multi-Environmental Trials

In rainfed areas, due to variable environmental factors, improving the yield stability of introduced cultivars along with increasing should be considered. The main aim this study is obtain high-yield wheat genotypes that are stable and adaptable cold climatic conditions in Iran. For purpose, 25 were evaluated a randomized complete blocks design three replications during cropping seasons (2013-2016) under supplementary irrigation conditions. PBSTAT-GE software was used for genotype × environment interaction (GEI) analysis comprehensive sustainability analysis. results showed G5, G14, G16 G18 had good general adaptation based on parametric non-parametric statistics. Combined variance Additive Main Effect Multiplicative Interaction (AMMI) model GEI significant term grain yield. Also, ratios between sum squares G, GE IPC1 AMMI suitable data GGE biplot identified five mega-environments (MEs), which ME I including E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, G7, G13, G16, G18, G20 being superior genotypes. According biplote methods, lines G20, G14 Saein cultivar (G5) can considered as desirable genetic resources production programs environments Iran, having appropriate combination stability.
